Fast5 Netball is not your typical netball. It's your way to play netball with the dial cranked right up. While there are some similarities to the traditional form, Fast5 is dynamic and has the rules to match.

Fast and Intense

With six minute quarters, five players a side, rolling substitutes, the pace and speed of the game is fast and intense.

Powerplays

There are Power Plays to double your score and shots worth one, two or three points, so it’s your choice to play safe or take risks for the big points.

Perfect for social play

It’s also faster and (frankly) more exhausting than regular netball – perfect for social players and fitness fanatics!
